I have some 6.5x55 swede practice ammo that is Berdaned primed.

Looks just like this and 100 rounds of it.
I do not know if you are able to pull it apart and neck size the cases and go from there.
I had it listed for 30 bucks.

That guy sitting on the floor with a Lee classic loader and a hammer reminds me of when I was a reloading newb.

Thanks for the offer guys. I'm needing newly manufactured boxer brass. I intend to get 10+ uses out of each one. I'm probably just going to bite the bullet(or case) and buy new loads to get some fire formed brass.
