7.62x39 data request w/123vmax

I bought some .310 hornady 123g vmax only to discover my hornady manual doesn't provide data for is projectile. It does have info for this weight range yet the reason I'm asking is due to the cannuler seats noticeably deeper than referenced bullets like the 123sp by hornady.

I'm asking what the new book may reference for this bullet and COAL measurement and min-max charge for using IMR4198.
