Sorry, I should be happy the measures failed, but I'm just sick of the media constantly getting the facts wrong.

In truth, it doesn't matter. He's expended all his remaining political capital. Admittedly, it's difficult to swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution while trying to eviscerate the parts you disagree with. He's tried it on for size several times, but couldn't pull it off.

He's done. Oddly enough, he'll be the last guy to figure that out.

Now, the NEXT president could be a problem.

A mountain of executive orders and new regulations wouldn't need Congressional approval. There's still a lot that this man can do to hurt America, punish his enemies and hobble gun owners/buyers.
