Adjusting bullet feeder?

Anybody have experience with bullet feeders? I seem to be running about 10% being fed upside down. I keep an eye on the tube so know when they're coming and get 'em flipped but it sure would be nice for it to work as its supposed to. I'm not really sure what I can adjust to prevent it though?
Angle of feeder? Speed? Tension? Just try a bunch of random stuff and hope it works?

Alrighty I think I got it (and reassembled after dropping the 3 ball bearings they specifically warn you about).

I have about 500-600 of these 115gr Montana Golds left to load and it would be swell if this little quirk was worked out. With the tray piece adjusted out I fed probably 100 through it and all were correct so hopefully that translates to success.

That was the ticket. Did about 600 this morning with only 2 upside down. Rock and roll!!!
