The Edge (movie)</p><p></p><p>AH2 is a Fundamental Handgun Skills class that goes beyond the basics and pushes students to achieve skills under mild stress. </p><p></p><p>To enroll in AH2, students will need to have had AH1, its equivalent, or be ranked in USPSA or IDPA. </p><p></p><p>The ability to draw and hit a target at speed with a handgun is not magic!</p><p>It is fundamentals, and nothing is more important in shooting than fundamentals.</p><p></p><p>For Self-Defense, Competition or just Recreational shooting, learning the fundamentals will make you a better shooter.</p><p></p><p>The fundamentals of shooting a handgun taught in this class include: Grip, Index Points, Stance, Trigger Control, Use of Sights, Draw Stroke, Reloads, </p><p>Target Transitions, Non-Diagnostic Malfunction Clearances, Holster Selection and Placement.</p><p></p><p>Safety is number one, so this class will provide new insights into keeping you and your loved ones safe around guns.</p><p></p><p>Items Needed:</p><p>Semi-Auto Handgun (full size 9mm or better will be the best choice)</p><p>Holster (for that handgun)</p><p>3 to 5 Magazines</p><p>Magazine Pouch</p><p>Belt</p><p>Eye Protection</p><p>Ear Protection (electronic is preferred, allowing you to hear range commands)</p><p>Ball Cap or Brimmed Hat</p><p>300 Rounds of Ammo</p><p>Note Taking Material</p><p></p><p>All of the Items needed for the class are available for purchase at Heartland Outdoors, including handgun rental.
