I use a jm custom aiwb holster. It's worth the money and wait. If you get an appendix bolster make sure it's a true appendix holster. Meaning it needs to have specific features that make it ideal for appendix carry. Most companies label straight drop holsters "appendix" holsters. Or label them aiwb and can be carried at 4 o clock. Don't waste your money on these. I did and they don't conceal it properly.

A true appendix holster should have a grip tuck feature. The one I put pictures on tucks the grip in towards your strong side hand as well as in towards your stomach. This is HUGE in terms of concealment. This gun disappears on me even with a tight shirt.

Im not a skinny guy, I'm 6'4" and 290#. I have a bit of a gut. And once you get it adjusted its comfortable. And Spenser Keepers isn't a tiny guy either. I guess if you're much more round than I am it can become problematic.

Very true. There is a learning curve to his holster for sure, but it's a whole nuther concept too. It actually works better with full size long slide guns than it does with the short compact guns. I don't think you will find a better AIWB setup than the Keeper but most won't give it a run due to cost and it's just too different from the norm. I'm 6'1' about 235-240 since I quit smoking and I carry a full size in a Keeper holster.

How is it easier with a full than a compact? Seems counter-intuitive

The problem is the properly formed holster will need to be longer. So what Keepers recommends on glock's is the use the G17 model for the G26 or G19. And they don't list a dedicated G19 or G26 option

Well he does now because I had one. I couldn't get it to conceal well and it wasn't comfortable, so I hit him up and he "schooled" me. I told him "gee thanks now I've got to sell this G19 and buy another 9Pro". lol

I probably shouldn't have ever bought the G19 as I'm just not a Glock guy and heavily invested in the M&P world. But there isn't a frame mid-frame G19 like version of the M&P so I nabbed one and the G19 is probaly the best CCW size there is in almost any other holster. After he educated me I decided to ditch the Glock altogether and get a long slide M&P. I settled on a full size in a trade. Now that I have a carryable frame I can put my Pro upper on it and carry it if I want to get another holster. The long M&P slides are milled narrower than the standard size to reduce weight. The Keeper holster for Glocks doesn't have this issue. Get a G17 length at a minimum and a G35 holster is recommended. All the Glocks will fit it regardless of barrel length. For M&P only the full size and compact models fit the full size holster.
