Message: <blockquote data-quote="Leatherneck0811" data-source="post: 4312027" data-attributes="member: 4569"><p>I am needing to remove a successor trustee from my NFA Trust and replace them with another.  After speaking with the law firm that originally set up the trust, they are no longer doing anything with NFA Trust.  He did advise me I simply needed to amend the trust with the change and have it notarized. Stated a lawyer was not necessary to do this. However, after searching online for for an example, I haven't been able to locate one.  Has anyone done something similar and would be willing to share an example.
