American High School Band Marches with Hammer & Sickle

I certainly think commemorating or celebrating something like the Russian Revolution, especially the part played by the Bolsheviks, is in very bad taste. It's definitely not something I would allow my kids to participate in. I'm sure very few, if any, of those kids (or even the administrators) were aware of the tens of millions killed, the countless lives destroyed, and the untold suffering that was caused by the government that revolution formed.
