Were best friends.  He recently got locked up in TX. I sent him a few money orders.  The jail said they couldent put the money on his books bc they wernt westrn union. So they got put in his propery. The next day his Mom went there go get the money and there were only 2 of the 5 money orders I sent  him. The jail told my friend they lost them and there sorry. Cant they be held acountable for the loss of someones property?</p></blockquote><p></p>
