It was marked “not for sale”. I made an offer and followed up the next day and talked with the owner for an hour or so. I found out he was trying to sell the shop but he still didn’t want to let go of. But, he said I had first dibs if he did. Friday I was passing through headed to a match in Missouri and I was able to stop. Unfortunately, he could not find a buyer and Wichita is losing a pretty nice little shop and indoor range. Because of this, I was able to close deal and it arrived at my FFL yesterday.
