Since the pandemic, the NICS simply does not do the "further review" process.  If your initial check does not go through (I'd estimate that 50 percent or less do), then you get delayed.  It has nothing to do with you; the "delay" is on their end.  Even people with UPINs get delayed these days.</p></blockquote><p></p>
