I ordered a part for my truck from some place in Florida back in Nov/Dec.  Got the confirmation, but nothing about ship timeframes, etc. So I reached out to them and asked for an update 2-3 times.  I never got a response.  So I called my credit card company and asked about disputing the charge.  They did so and credited me back.  I had absolutely no communication from the folks in Florida about this order at all.  But the order showed up last week.  Which was 2-3 weeks after I asked to cancel it and disputed the charges.</p></blockquote><p></p>
