An original 74 Sharps that was shipped from the factory in 1878. Caliber is 40-90 BN. Sharps advertised it as their express round. Its listed by serial number in <strong>Vol 3 Sharps Firearms</strong> by <strong>Marcot</strong> as one of 15 rifles ordered and sent to the Secretary of the New York Central Schutzen Corps May 27th 1878 for $42 each.
