Anybody have expirence with Haley Strategic DS3 chest rigs?

Want to pick one up, but would like some info on quality as I've handled one.

Haley makes good stuff. I've bought some of their other gear in the past.

If I didn't already have a couple of Eagle Universal rigs, I'd seriously consider a D3.
