Walmart put those up about 6-7 years ago to discourage trucks and campers from spending the nights in their parking lots. The Fire Department fought the idea because the fire trucks are too big to get in the lot with those in the way. After Walmart whined to the City Council, a so called "compromise" was agreed upon to leave one drive open that was big enough to get the fire trucks in.</p></blockquote><p></p>
