Message: <blockquote data-quote="OKBPS" data-source="post: 4353695" data-attributes="member: 45455"><p>We voted in Guthrie yesterday.  The line went to the end of the block and it took an hour.  We usually vote absentee in person and we have never seen the line that long.  In the past it has only taken about 15-20 minutes.  It was a nice day and it went by pretty fast.  I didn't really count but I believe they had between 24 to 30 booths.  They had people walking the line handing out the green absentee forms and seeing if anyone needed help filling them out.  I heard someone say they would bring absentee paperwork and ballots out to your car if you had trouble walking but I didn't see any of that.  I did see them helping people with wheelchairs and walkers get in through a different door.  With all the early voting the lines on 5 Nov might be shorter.</p></blockquote><p></p>
