They are playing the Osage Elm casino. Tix are $10. He's no SRV, but a blues/rock player to be sure. My wife & I are going, and making a weekend of it, Hotel, no kids, casino, concert, and the Aquarium in Jenks on Sunday...

I was surprised at the price too! They have a new bass player, Tony Franklin, who was with Jimmy Page in "The Firm". He's known as "The Fretless Wonder". He still has SRV's drummer, Chris Layton, in the lineup. Should be a good time!

Any of you make it? It was a good tine for sure. We were about 3 rows back. We got to meet Noah and Kenny after the show and BS for a couple of minutes. It was cool seeing a concert in a small venue like that, instead of a big place like the Ford Center.

Dangit, my wife informed me on the way home from church that we forgot about this and missed it. :(

I did have a good time, though... took my son to see The Lion King 3D, which was a great experience for me. :D

Am sad I missed KWS, though. <sigh>

If you like KWS, check out Ian Moore. Especially his first album, which is self-titled and the Live From Austin album. Both of those are spectacular and in the same kind of blues/rock genre. Also the now-defunct band Storyville, which featured two of the guys from Double Trouble, as well.
