The surgery itself was not bad at all, My surgeon used a nerve block as part of my surgery. This made my arm completely numb for about 24 hours. I think that helped a great deal as I didn't even want a pain pill until the next day! As the others have said get the chair I hate it but everytime I use it I get a little more ROM back. Put the chair in front of the TV or someplace with entertainment because It gets really boring sitting in one place two hours at a time. My doc has me use the chair three times a day two hours at a time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
