If you buy in bulk I have bought pellets at Gene Sears for 15 a bag. The nice thing is about the trager in my opinion is that you can actually cook your food done and it is juicy. Saying that I like a med rare steak but we all have that buddy who's wife likes brown meat. hahaha. I have had my traeger for approx 3 months and I am on bag 7. I use it damn near every day.
