It's a 2006 model 150cc. I have the Title, but the original owner never tagged it, just used it on his property I guess. I never really cared, because I ride it just around our rural roads anyway. Now that I'd like to sell it and get something bigger, I'd like to tag it. The Tag Agency folks tell me the original owner has to buy the tag before I can do anything, so sounds like I am stuck with an Amish scooter.  Another tag agent told me about some sheenanigans where you can have a salvage impound the bike for 30 days and through some magic of red tape, they can sign some papers and, woosh, the new owner can now buy the tag. Can anyone elaborate on how this works? And, more importantly, is it a legit avenue to get it tagged? if I can't get it tagged for road use I guess I will just part it out. Looking to trade it and some guns for a Suzuki/Honda/Yamaha 250 cruiser. (Wife says all extra cash must be put in the Disneyworld pot, leaving me only barter.)Thanks</blockquote>
