Anyone here do #1 tree removal, stump grinding and #2 home remodeling?

Anyone need work? Two different jobs

We have called some companies and they won't call back. This torques my wife to no end and checks them off the list immediately for any future work. I don't argue or I will be checked off the list too.

We are in need of two trees being removed
1 Great big oak and
1 other that is almost topped out (1 branch left) with a couple of huge roots.
Grinding both stumps and two smaller already removed stumps and roots.

EDIT: The trees roots and stumps are GONE!

I will also look at pricing to re sod if anyone has a sod reference.

Remodeling
Bathroom take out existing shower, raise ceiling to 8 foot and install bath tub. Includes all plumbing and framing. I will do demo and tile finishing unless you give great price. LOL!

Sunroom
Ask the wife, it changes every week

patio concrete add

We have existing semicircle 1970's cracked concrete. We wish to add to it or pour new. We have to deal with existing bathroom cleanout under ground and will discuss options.

I would like to give anyone here first dibs to contract this.

Curious question. Have you determined if there is a reason the ceiling is less than 8ft or is it just a drop ceiling now?

Previous owner home remodel by idiot.

It's really hard to figure out what they did. They dropped the shower ceiling to about a little over 6 ft and left it drywall with the thrown up plaster texture ceiling. Not even painted.

It looks like an afterbir err thought on his part.
