I see the need for a draft at times but I can definitely see why someone would have run from the Vietnam draft. I wasn't alive during the time but I have 3 uncles that were called to service at the time only one of them actually saw combat luckily he came home mostly unscathed but his friends weren't so lucky. If there were to be a draft now I think things would be different, but thats a whole 'nother thread for that discussion.</blockquote>
