Message: <blockquote data-quote="Buddhaman" data-source="post: 1969591" data-attributes="member: 12404"><p>The tobacco in the hookah has been mixed with molasses and flavoring, then when you're smoking the smoke is pulled through water and partially filtered before you inhale it.  I had a Turkish friend who brough his hookah and we'd smoke it all the time.  I had my own for awhile but he borrowed it and it ended up back in Turkey with him.  He would get some Turkish liqour and put some in the water mixture but I preferred to just add some ice to the water and have some very cool smoke.  I really miss the days of puffing on the patio with some friends for an hour and talking about anything and everything.</p></blockquote><p></p>
