You find a good percentage of workers at the contact level with good intentions and competence level, but in the myriad of government agencies there are a jillion unseen, well paid positions that are excellent places to hide some senator's idiot nephew or former girlfriend that couldn't pour pi$$ out of a boot even if they did show up for work.<img src="/images/smilies/blah.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":blah:" title="Blah    :blah:" data-shortname=":blah:" />Cedar Creek</blockquote>
