I also lived in Mesta Park after I moved out of the Paseo, the apartment I rented was $350 a month, which I thought was pretty darn cheap. It was nice enough, recently renovated. I wouldn't hesitate to move back to any part of OKC. The Paseo is a really fun area, and anywhere near the Asian District is where it's at.
