Appendix carry for fat guys?

Carried aiwb all day today, I had to modify my iwb a little. It was very comfortable, I wear my pants at my natural waist and my big belly kept my full size gun from digging into my inner thigh. Prdator do you have left handed holster for an M&P9?

I’m medium fat but losing about 5 lbs. a month. IWB CCW is “MUCH” easier the more I lose. That said 4 O’clock or small of back is all that works for me so far.

5'11 290 and I carry a G27 in the small of my back or a sig 229 or 1911 on my hip in a serpa or a safariland ALS

roughly 6' and 290 or so. I carry 3 to 4 o'clock iwb with a Beretta m9A1 and once or twice when the mood hits a glock 20sf. wearing a cover shirt untucked and no one really notices. i find i can carry a full size gun comfortably so i figure why not.
