If some roided out road rager approaches my vehicle, I don't want to be seen reaching for anything, but a set of ear muffs kept in the center console.
If that doesn't defuse the situation, Door carry while inside the vehicle pretty much lets you carry a higher capacity pistol vs ankle holster and draw it without being seen with the left hand.
