I'm on number two. We bought a new Kia Sorento in 2012. Drove the heck out of it and never had a problem. We traded it in January 2015 for another new Sorento. We have already drove it to New mexico twice, once to Colorado, Saint Louis, Florida, and everywhere in between. We have never had a problem with either one of them. 100K mile warranty, if it does. It is roomy and drives great. We are taking it back to Saint Louis tomorrow to spend the week. After that, New Mexico again and then back to Florida in July. I am not afraid to take it anywhere.
Rollover issues were the least of his problems...
Explorers out there in the 20's. Can't beat the 3.5 V6. Third row seat and decent amount of room. All of the Fords we have had have been great. Had an Edge with 160+ that had zero probs, alongside with a Taurus. All the same 3.5 engine.

Stepdaughter has a Sorrento and she burns up the highway between Tulsa and Stillwater in it. College kids are pretty rough on stuff and so far so good with hers.
True dat. As far as Kias go; I'd buy one and move on based on what I've read here.
