Around here it seems that many, if not most people pulled over are wanted for unpaid tickets. I hear 10-99 all day long on the scanner. Just from listening to the radio, it appears that many people are habitual traffic violators. I drive a 100 mile stretch each day. Mostly highway. These crappy drivers are just plain dangerous and enforcement is not anywhere high enough. They know where most of the traps are and slow down when they get close to them. I see the same ones day after day. Im not talking about wide open spaces and people driving over the limit. I dont see a public safety issue there. My problem is crowded highways and bumper riders and weavers slopping all over the road. The most disturbing thing is that at least twice daily, I hear people with nasty records like assault with a deadly weapon, assaulting a public servant, etc.
