Message: <blockquote data-quote="keensaber" data-source="post: 1401092" data-attributes="member: 12489"><p>You are probably right Hobbes.  As a soldier, it does not matter whether or not you concur with the Commander and Chief of even think that they should be in that position, you are to follow orders unless they violate the law.  The president was elected by the people of the United States.  I am not sure what they were thinking when this happened but it happened just the same.  I have been in the military for 22 years active and guard time combined.  It annoys me that soldiers avoid the deployment when put in that position.  Deploy and then voice your digruntled concerns.</p></blockquote><p></p>
