Anyway, they figured out it was a 'them' issue and sent someone out that day, on a sunday, to test the lines leading to the house. They found a short in the line two houses down and fixed it that day. 250 gb is a lot. I deal in high res photos all day and have never come close to maxing out our usage, even with movies and all the other things that go along with it.</blockquote>
