IMHO, it is more of a case of Obama, Holder, et al, all trying to cover/save their own ar$e$ than a case of bring shame on the BATFE---they(BATFE) has already brought tons of shame on themselves over the past decades with their methods of operation and tactics used against law abiding gun owners and gun dealers.
