Think Africa, Middle east, Indonesia, South America.  Many have bought into Democracy, Capitolism, the countries that havent, are having problems now with Revolutions, Uprisings, Terrorism, Drug Cartels and generally maintaining a stable Govt.</p></blockquote><p></p>
