Is anyone or can anyone recommend an attorney I can hire ( and not rape me )? I know of a couple that are on here but am not familiar with them enough to ask directly.
Basically, I have a truck that is missing a VIN plate and OTC is requiring me to to get a court order to issue a title and replacement VIN number. Should just be filing some paperwork right?
