So did anyone go to the show??? Noones said anything about it that I've seen....did anyone go??
I didn't go.
I went, thought it was about the same as the hunting & fishing show a few weeks ago. It has been a long time since I went to the backwoods, so I was expecting dealers to be set up with product to show or purchase. It was about 90% guide services. Very disappointed.
I went both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I helped out the PVA for a while. On Sunday I worked for Oklahoma Outdoor Outreach. Each of the groups sold a lot of raffle tickets. The PVA were letting a FN pistol go. The OOO were letting a Benelli Shotgun and Ruger .243 Varmiter. Saturday from 1 to 3 was packed as was Sunday. Saw a lot of my former students and some friends. However it somehow didn't seem as big as other shows I've been to.
