A tracking number means an order has been processed. I have some ammo ordered, that showed to be in stock at the time of order (not from BPS) but upon receipt of confirmation the ammo was backordered due to an unusually high influx of orders. The expected shipment date is 8-13-13, the price was locked, the shipping was covered, IF I wanted to approve the backorder. I could cancel at any time and I will be notified when the item is available and before shipment.  The times they be crazy, but I think this is acceptable way of doing business in these crazy situations.</p></blockquote><p></p>
