Beretta Manufacturing Date Codes,,,

I just bought a 950 Jetfire and wondered when it was made.

I did a search for Manufacturing Date Codes,,,
The first link gave me this image.

The roman numerals were on the frame of my Jetfire,,,
I haven't found them for my Models 81, 85, & 87.

Next time I break them down to clean,,,
I'll try to find the codes.

My little Jetfire was manufactured in 1968,,,
The same year I graduated High School.

Hope this helps someone dating their Berettas.
