Best- Steakhouse at Circus Circus in Vegas. It is the best steak in vegas. Better that Ruths Chris, better than 9 at the Palms. They have a roll basket, one of the rolls is a pretzel bread roll, imagine a piping hot soft pretzel as a roll, complete with cripsy crust and salt. Butter on up and you will never want to leave. seriously. Interstate BBQ in Memphis. Alton Brown (Good Eats, food network, iron chef, does the grape juice commercials) said this was the best BBQ he has ever eaten. It was AWFUL! I mean truly gross. crappy service, the sauce was disgusting and it cost a fortune. I don't mind paying a little bit for great food, but I actually lost all respect for Alton Brown that day. Certainly there have been other greats and lots more bad places, but in terms of expectations, these are the two.
