Shartel).  I was there about eight to ten years ago and it was “good”.  Today we took the family and it was really bad. Ordered their brisket and pulled pork.  Brisket was bland and it crumbled when cut.  The pulled pork was like they ran it through a processor to where it was a click off of the consistency of instant mashed potatoes.  Never seen much less tasted BBQ this bad.  I was waiting to be asked what I thought but no one there did.</blockquote>
