Items that are "sold by XYX and shipped by Amazon" on the other hand are an amalgamation of stuff that came in from third parties that are all stored in a bin somewhere. So if selling "X" sends fake product it would be mixed in to the same bin as the legit product from sellers "Y" and "Z". so you don't know what you're going to get.</blockquote>
