Seen one. I was driving down some dirt roads around the Arkansas River near Muskogee looking for access points for new fishing spots. The road cut between two large hay fields and there was a 3 foot or so bank on each side leading up to fields and was sparsely tree lined. Some of the growth around the telephone poles was heavier. I was doing around 40 mph and saw ahead on the right what I though was a man in a gorilla suit. I'm very skeptical about such things and my first thought was that it was some person playing tricks on people or some kind of hoax or maybe the way the shadows layed. Lots of things crossed my mind, but never that it was big foot. That is until I was almost even with it. About 50 feet away, it moved an arm up, like making a chopping bent at elbow. It was not a suit. It stood about 9 feet tall and looked almost exactly like the big foot from Harry and the Hendersons. The face was ruddy and no hair around eyes, nose or mouth. They eyes and head followed mes as I drove past. I was scared now. The feeling you get when something isn't right. The hair was jet black dark and matted. Hair looked very much like fake fur. The car was still going at around 40 mph. Surely it must have been shadows or the way the trees looked. But I could not convince myself of that. I saw, what I saw and it was not a trick of the mind. It was too real and too vivid and specific. My heart was pounding faster and I had to know. So about 1/2 mile down the road, I turned around. Driving slowly back so could examine it from a distance, it could not be found. I stopped at the spot where I saw it and looked around, without getting out of vehicle. Then I drove back the way I had came and slowly drove the same way back, trying to see if how the vegetation or shadows had somehow tricked me. But there was no way it did. I had seen a big foot. To this day, I still do not believe in big foot the way it is portaited in the media. There has to be some remains or sign out there somewhere for there to be real proof. I am still very, very skeptical. But I saw what I saw.
