Normally, my wife will do Black Friday with a friend. Guess she couldn't find anyone crazy enough this year, so I was her driver. We picked up my mom and got to Wal-Mart at about 11:30pm. It was crowded already and they were already letting everyone into the 12:01am goodies. It was tough getting around with a cart and we eventually got into a line that was only about 20 people deep. Originally, we were in a line that wrapped around to the back of the store! Nuts. I won't be doing that again. My wife then tried to talk me into going to Target for their 4am opening after we took a short nap. We parked, saw the line outside that was about 150yds and said, 'screw it' and went home. She got me back up at 7:30 and we went back to Target/Best Buy. It was actually much more civilized then. And no waiting in line. I told the wife that our time is worth some money, but I don't think she gets it.
