So, as said before ...if it has a 4" blade ...it has a 2" handle?

So, referring to the above posts and links, is it illegal to carry a single edged, fixed blade knife with a blade longer than 6". Does concealed vs. openly carried make a difference? And lastly, what about the same knife openly carried in a vehicle? I've had my old KaBar knife tied to the forks of my motorcycle for some time. Not legal? It's sort of hidden in plain sight, and no cop has ever mentioned it to me.
