Where can a guy get the Charleston’s mix? Zing Zang is actually to vinagery to me, that’s why I cut it with the hot V8
I'm definitely into simplicity,,,
I just use the 7.5 ounce cans of Zing Zang and an Airline Mini.
The 2nd from the right is one of my favorite,,,
Texacraft Dill Pickle Vodka & Zing Zang.
But seriously,,,
Some of the flavored vodka's are excellent.
The Mango Shotta is actually tequila based,,,
It's a Bloody Maria with the sweetness of the mango and a hint of jalapeno.
The salted watermelon doesn't sound like it would be good,,,
But that sweet melon dances around the tomato flavor in a delightful manner.
The Spicy Pickle is for you heat loving masochists.
There is another brand of flavored vodka's called "Western Son",,,
Their cucumber flavored vodka makes another great drink,,,
Several of their other flavors taste good as well,,,
One just has to be brave and try them.
Add a beef stick as a swizzle stick,,,
And your Bloody Mary becomes a nice snack as well.
Be brave gentlemen,,,
Give one or more of these a try.

I’m compiling a list, I actually have several beef sticks coming on Monday from my local butcher. I’ve been using the absolute pepper vodka which is VERY peppery. I had no idea there were so many variety’s. Thanks for the suggestions
I didn't know they sold those little cans of Zing Zing.
Good idea.
I used the little cans of tomato juice and let the recipient do the spicing.
This is the best Bloody Mary recipe out there:
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1 large ice cube
- 2 oz Bulliet Bourbon or Rye
- 1 piece orange peel
- 1 whole Luxardo maraschino cherry

I do love a good old fashioned, but I’m a cheater on thoseThis is the best Bloody Mary recipe out there:
In case you can't tell, I'm not a fan of cold tomato vodka soup.
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1 large ice cube
- 2 oz Bulliet Bourbon or Rye
- 1 piece orange peel
- 1 whole Luxardo maraschino cherry
Funny some like mixes and some prefer to brew it up- things I've learned over the years-
1- there's nothing worse than cheap liquor- buy a decent brand - Sky/Absolute work for me
2- use a good tasting tomato juice and regular V8 is ok to me
2- use in moderation the ingredients- too much Worchester makes it not good and adding hot sauce should be a little till its where you like it- easy on celery salt- lemon juice- etc
I like maybe an oz of vodka - splash of Worchester- splash of Louisiana hot sauce and a shake or 2 celery salt few drops lemon- 12 oz tomato or reg V8- I bought some sodium free V8 by mistake- it's bad.
In the old days when I use to go to Elks Conventions- they partied from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning when there was a business meeting- there would always be pitchers of bloody mary with the cheapest vodka you can buy and any it was like breathing lighter fluid after you had a couple. I thought man, if fire up a smoke, I may self-explode.
