Yep happens quick but the officer in question did the right thing at the right time. The guy was going to draw and try something I have no doubt in my mind. Especially with multiple warrants out, already being a felon, and being in possession of a firearm as a felon. He was looking at a ton of time.
I had to watch the video several times trying to see the video frame by frame at the time of the shots because when I briefly saw his right hand at shoulder level, his hand was empty. When they turned him over to finish cuffing him, I saw the gun lying on the floor to the right in the shadow and the female officer picked it up.
Just me, but I don’t agree with the procedure and tactics used, but I believe it was a lawful use of force.
