New 40’ trailer made it in. Rig gets in and out of anywhere my 4 door pickup and 32’ gooseneck does. Drove down to feed store and weighed it.
I believe the trailer weighs 10k. Trailer axle is a 20k. Manufacturer says it will haul 32k pounds of beef. That's a good looking rig.
Question; it seems odd to see that long trailer with a single axle in the rear. Will you be able to get enough of the load towards the front ?
Aren't you concerned about going over on the trailer axle weight ?
Even restricts Farm Exemption vehicles and trailers?Oklahoma law restricts single axle gross to 20k pounds.
That's on the axle itself, no matter the rating of the axle.
Just curious. I'm used to hauling very dense materials, and that long trailer with a single just makes me jittery.

I think it will be within regs. Yeah it definitely wouldn’t with lead loaded in it.Oklahoma law restricts single axle gross to 20k pounds.
