The two barrels are virtually identical except for the locking mechanism. I can't haven't noticed any difference in accuracy between the suppressed barrel and the original stock barrel.
Keep in mind, my family shoots at cans/plates/etc. but the kids and wife seem to hit what they aim at. (Mostly under 50 yds.) It will eat the center out of the target at 25 yds with a red dot sight.
