I‘ve mowed my yard with a 6’ finish mower (Rhino first and now Land Pride) on a Kubota 30 hp tractor for 24 years. There are bush hogs with blade tip speeds high enough to cut like finish mowers, but they just can’t cut as low. I‘ve been through a lot of bush hogs over the years, and my current Land Pride 3696 8’ is the best I’ve ever had (and most expensive). Unless they’ve upped their game, I wouldn’t consider buying a Rhino or a Bush hog brand, because I’ve had both that cut like crap. I have a 20 year old Woods 6’ Brush Bull at my place up there, and it’s the best cutting 6’ mower I’ve ever used.
