This guy wasn't a bully... he was a plain old fashioned A-hole out looking to hurt someone. Probably the kind of guy who abuses animals and kids. I suffered a couple of major injuries yrs ago, and as part of the treatments I've taken years of oral & injected cortisodal steroids. I packed on 120+ pounds. Because of my back & joint issues and breathing difficulties, I can't excercise enough to get my matabolism up enough to burn calories. If I cut back my caloric intake to under 1,000 calories a day, I might see a pound of loss in a few months.. but I starve. So, I certainly don't judge people for being over weight anymore. If you see women who have exceptionally large hips but are thin every where else... there is a good chance they have jobs that require them to sit in a chair all day and they don't get to move around. I once worked at a agency where we had a woman that was approx. 5'5" tall and about that big around in her hips. We had to replace her office chair every year due to wear and take the arms off the chair so she could fit in it. Poor thing, she starved herself silly, ate lettuce and rice cakes. She just had a low matabolism and a job where she didn't get to move around very much. Changes in hormone levels due to child bearing or going through the change of life & water retention doesen't help women either. But she was the sweeted kindest person you would ever want to meet and she sang with the voice of a angel. Her size didn't matter one bit to those of us who knew her.
