California’s new ammunition background check law misfires and the Second Amendment rights of California citizens have been gravely injured,” Benitez, of the Southern District of California in San Diego, wrote in an opinion posted Wednesday.

My shooting buddies in CA are going crazy over it. I was there when the mag ban was overturned for a few weeks and we could order anything we wanted. It was crazy and fun. They estimated that a million mags had been shipped to CA during that time.

Yep, Obama left almost 200 judgeships open thinking he could hand the torch off to Hillary to continue ‘the plan’. It’s backfired on them in so many ways.
